Tochi is the owner of Garage Force of Sacramento, a veteran-owned franchise committed to delivering industry-leading concrete coating systems backed by exceptional customer service.
Tochi’s journey to entrepreneurship began with a deep commitment to service. As a U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman, he supported Marines and Sailors in demanding environments, including deployments overseas and in support of OIF/OEF. After completing his military service, he continued serving the public for more than 16 years in Federal Government mid-level and leadership roles, managing multimillion-dollar contracting and procurement operations for agencies including the Department of Veterans Affairs, Indian Health Service, and the Bureau of Reclamation.
In those roles, Tochi negotiated and administered complex projects supporting healthcare systems, public infrastructure, and government operations. His work required meticulous planning, financial oversight, and collaboration with large teams—all skills he now applies to building a high-quality local business.
With an MBA in Marketing and a passion for excellence, Tochi launched Garage Force of Sacramento to bring premium concrete coating solutions to homeowners and businesses throughout the region. His mission is to combine military discipline, professional project management, and genuine customer care to deliver flooring systems that are as durable as they are beautiful.
When he’s not working with customers to transform their spaces, Tochi enjoys spending time with his family, being actively involved in the community and exploring Sacramento on his road bikes.
